Schedule an Appointment
The Undergraduate Programs office will see students on a walk-in basis through Friday, January 20.
Appointments for fall 2012 advising may be scheduled online at https://advisortrac.utk.edu/TracWeb40/Default.html starting Friday, January 13 with appointments beginning on Monday, January 23.
Please review the instructions for the appointment scheduling system at http://bus.utk.edu/undergrad/advising/Instructions.htm before logging in. The instructions can also be accessed from within the scheduling system.
User name and password are your UT Net ID and password. If you have not been admitted to the university and need to schedule an appointment, please call 865-974-5096 for assistance.
The scheduling system should send you an appointment confirmation and a reminder. Those e-mails will be addressed from utatadmin@utk.edu. If you have any difficulty with the system, you may also contact that email address with questions.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment as a professional courtesy.
Advising
The Undergraduate Programs office delivers academic advising in 342 Haslam Business Building on an appointment basis. Appointments are normally offered on thirty-minute individual intervals. The earliest appointment can be scheduled for 8:30 a.m., and the latest can be scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
Professional advisors are available to meet with students regarding all academic planning concerns, including course scheduling, curriculum requirements (business majors and business minor), application to major, study abroad, and academic probation.
