Business Course Registration
Due to the integrated nature of the business curriculum, prerequisites and corequisites are strictly enforced. Students must be admitted into a business major (or have appropriate prerequisites if pursuing a business minor) in order to enroll in upper-level business classes.
Students in the College of Business Administration are required to meet with an advisor every fall and spring semester. Once the student and advisor have determined appropriate courses for the upcoming semester, the student may register for business courses using the online registration system provided he/she has completed or is currently enrolled in the necessary prerequisites.
Business Minors
Students pursuing a business minor are encouraged to meet with an advisor in the Undergraduate Programs Office; however, this is not required. Prerequisites and corequisites for business minor requirements are strictly enforced:
- Management 201 (prerequisites of Accounting 200 and Economics 201; corequisite of Statistics 201)
- Finance 300 (prerequisite of Management 201)
- Management 300 (prerequisite of Management 201)
- Marketing 300 (prerequisite of Management 201)
