TIS Support
Staff are provided hardware and software personal computer support. Windows 2000 and XP are supported in addition to Microsoft Office 2000, XP, and 2003. The staff of TIS also support the use of web application development using Dreamweaver, Front Page and Lotus Notes software. Multi-media classrooms and PC labs are managed and supported as are virtual classrooms based on technology from Centra. TIS supports the configuration, ordering and installation of hardware and software and facilitates the mangement of technical equipment. These technical support services take advantage of the infrastructure maintained by TIS for the College of Business, by the Office of Information Technology and by Distance Education.
How to get help
Effective 9/17/2007 TIS will use REMEDY, a trouble ticket system managed by OIT. Tasks submitted to REMEDY by CBA faculty or staff will be forwarded to TIS for support when not completed by OIT help desk. The following links will assist you in getting the support you need.
