The Supply Chain Audit assesses your company’s supply chain organization, processes, systems, and metrics versus industry best practices.   • Quick Turn-Around-Time - Initial recommendation within four weeks for on-site collaboration.  Final report follows shortly after and is formatted for presentation to senior management
