Supply Chain Audit

The Supply Chain Audit assesses your company's supply chain organization, processes, systems, and metrics versus industry best practices. It is based on extensive university research and is conducted by our Marketing & Logistics faculty who have extensive knowledge from both academia and industry that spans a broad cross section of industries.
