Complete the Graduate
School Application (either
download the pdf and mail directly to the Graduate

complete it online).
International students must complete the application by March 1 of the |

enrolling year. |
| 2 |
Submit 2 official
transcripts to the Graduate School from each institution attended,
including all |
| |
undergraduate and graduate
work. These must be submitted by the institution utilizing the
transcript |

release form in the
downloadable materials.

| 3 |
Have ETS submit an
official TOEFL score to the Graduate School (for international
students). |
| 4 |
Pay $35 fee to the
Graduate School. **This fee cannot be waived.

| 5 |
Review PhD
application instructions (download
PhD application instructions). Then Complete the College
|
| |
of Business Ph.D.
application (down
load PhdD application ) and submit to the College of Business.
|
| 6 |
Submit 4 references to the
College of Business.
|
| 7 |
Have ETS
submit an official GMAT score to the College of Business.
|
| 8 |
Complete the optional
Application for Graduate Assistantship. |
