Three tracks - choose the one right for you:

Benefits of the Dual Degree Tracks:

  • Receive $1000 scholarship in Year 4 (if you are admitted to a Dual Degree track)
  • Receive Graduate Assistantship for Year 5, with monthly stipend plus free tuition*
  • The job market for M.S. Statistics graduates is strong. Starting salaries are typically above $50,000, and much higher in some regions of the U.S.

*Assistantship and tuition waiver guaranteed for 5th year dual degree students who earn a GPA of 3.0 or better in two graduate statistics classes during year 4, and are admitted to the graduate school.

Admission Requirements for Dual Degree Tracks:

  • Grade of B or better in MA 142 (or 148)
  • Grade of B or better in MA 241 (or 247)
  • UT Cumulative GPA greater or equal to 3.25, with 60 or more credits earned .
