Society of Human Resource Managment (SHRM) - if you are a memeber of UT-SHRM you can join for $35.00 as a student. SHRM is a great resouce for all HR needs. SHRM
Tennessee Valley Human Resource Association (TVHRA) - meets the 2nd Tuesday of every monthy at 6:00 pm at Rothchild Catering and Conference Center. Make reservations the Friday before at www.tvhra.org.
You can go as the guest of Dr. Debbie Mackey. To join TVHRA it is $5.00, and dinner is $17.00.
Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) - to become a student member it is only $115. Go to www.ahrd.org.
