Fei Han (“Fei”), who is from China, began the pursuit of his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing at the University of Tennessee in Fall 2009.

Fei earned his B.A. in English Education with a minor in Defense Economics and Management from International Studies University- Nanjing, L.L.B. from Tsinghua University, and MPA from the University of New Hampshire. He has almost ten years of career experience in both the public and private sectors as a senior manager as well as a full-time or adjunct instructor for college students. His main industrial experience covers nuclear power, auto works and road & bridge construction. He also has working experience in public service in China and a short internship experience in American government. His most recent experience is a senior manager of investment promotion for an industrial park of about 70 km2 in Northeast China. Most of Fei’s work experience is related to research tasks, especially in industry studies, which lead to his interest in an academic career.
Fei’s research interests include Consumer Behavior and Corporation Strategy, Public Policy and Corporation Strategy, Supply Chain Finance, Foreign Direct Investment, and Global Offshore Outsourcing. His interests specially focus on such industries as finance, energy, logistics, and public undertakings.

Fei is a sports fan in his spare time. He loves to try all kinds of sports. He is most active in swimming, tennis, and badminton.
