Dr. Ladd received his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational psychology from The University of Georgia. Dr. Ladd's interests encompass the general areas of personnel management, psychological measurement, and research methodology. He is currently pursuing research in the areas of manpower planning and utility analysis through computer simulation and multidimensional employee selection techniques with an emphasis in assessment centers. Dr. Ladd has published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Social Behavior and Personality, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Educational Psychological Measurement, and others.
