Dr. Morris received his Ph.D. from The University of Tennessee. His research agenda reflects an inter-disciplinary focus. Dr. Morris’ specific research interests include individual and organization development topics like Performance-based Training and Intervention Programs, Work/Life Interface Issues, Individual/Occupational Stress, Health and Wellness, Collaboration and Teams, Appreciative Inquiry, Program Evaluation (Return on Investment), and Performance Metrics. His work has appeared in journals such as Human Resource Development Quarterly, Family Relations, Advances in Developing Human Resources and others. Presently, he serves as the President of the Academy of Human Resource Development.
