The Management Department Ph.D. Program in Organization & Strategy will help the dedicated Management Scholar hone his or her management skills in everything from practical application to theoretical modeling of ideal management practices. Candidates will work closely with a dedicated faculty advisor while utilizing the resources from the State's flagship university. Meet Kincy Madison, Doctoral Student:
Kincy Madison is in her fourth year of the Organizations & Strategy PhD Program. She has a bachelor's degree in Management and a master's degree in Human Resources, both fromAuburn University. She also has fifteen years of industry experience in various managerial, consulting, and human resources roles. Kincy's research interests intersect strategic management, entrepreneurship, and human resources. More specifically, her recent research endeavors focus on the topics of governance (agency/stewardship theories), family firm strategic uniqueness, leadership, teams, and diversity.
