Alumni and Friends Share Professional Experiences with CBA Students

Over the last several years, one of the College of Business Administration’s most effective teaching tools has been presence of its alumni and friends.  In all of the college’s departments, guests have visited various classrooms to share experiences hands-on with College of Business Administration students in both undergraduate and graduate-level programs. The visits represent two of the most valuable assets that alumni can share with their alma mater: time and talent.

“Every aspect of involvement that our alumni have with the college is crucial to our success,” said Chip Bryant, senior director of development for the College of Business Administration. “Time, talent, and treasure all work in different ways to contribute to the success of our students and enrich their academic environments. When our alumni and friends visit the classrooms and share what they’ve learned, they’ve given our students something that cannot be read in a textbook.”
