Alumna Spotlight: Jenneen Kaufman
UT Knoxville College of Business Administration graduate Jenneen Kaufman is in her thirteenth season as vice president and CFO of the National Football League’s Tennessee Titans. Kaufman is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, player and staff payroll, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement audit for the franchise, and serves as the human resources liaison for all of the team’s employees in Nashville, Tennessee. As part of her role with the Titans, she oversees the accounting of ticket and suite sales, sponsorships, and broadcast revenues, all while assisting with various special projects. In addition to her work with the team, Kaufman oversees the accounting for LP Field (the Titans’ stadium) including concerts, Tennessee State University football games, and the Music City Bowl.
Before joining the Titans, Kaufman was vice president of finance and human resources for the American Cancer Society from 1995-1997, and she worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1992 to 1995 as an audit division senior accountant.
A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Kaufman graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She earned her CPA certification in 1994, and is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPA’s, serving on the sports and entertainment conference committee. An active member of the Nashville community, Kaufman serves as the youth committee chair at her church and speaks at various financial seminars in Tennessee.
