A Message from the Coordinator
Welcome to the University of Tennessee College of Business Administration. This is an exciting time for the college as we embark upon several initiatives dedicated to building a top-notch college.
For our current students, we offer scholarships, internships, and tutoring services to assist with their transition into college life. One of our key objectives is to increase the recruitment and retention of diverse students pursuing business degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
For our future students, we have developed a pre-college network that will increase knowledge and interest in business at both the primary and secondary levels.
The Office of Diversity Initiatives is working with all departments to ensure that when we fill faculty and staff positions, our college represents the diversity of the workplace. We also have instituted diversity training and education for our faculty and staff so that they are better able to fully recognize and appreciate diversity.
