Nancy Mason, Coordinator for the Construction Industry Research and Policy Center, joined the Center in 1985 after 17 years with BellSouth Telephone Company. She supervises the Davis-Bacon surveys that CIRPC conducts for the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. Ms. Mason was part of the DOL team that revised the manual used for the surveys, Conducting Surveys for Davis-Bacon Construction Wage Determinations: Resource Book (1989).
