Tom Cressler joined the Construction Industry Research and Policy Center after his retirement from the Tennessee Valley Authority where he held the positions of Chief of Research and Analysis and Chief of Compensation and Standards. Prior to that he was the Superintendent of Employee Relations for Union Carbide Corporation’s Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant and an instructor at the University of Tennessee . He is the associate director emeritus and former head of the Statistical Analysis and Special Studies staff
