Billing Information: Your invoice will be sent via mail upon registration. The program payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Methods accepted for payment are cash, check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and wire/electronic transfers.

International Registrants Only: Checks are accepted in U.S. dollars drawn from U.S. banks only. For wire transfers, please call, fax or e-mail us for details.

Substitutions: Registrants may substitute another individual in their place any time before a program begins. The same payment and reservation policies apply.

Transfers: Registrants can shift their attendance to a different program date any time prior to the start of the program for which they first registered. The same payment and reservation policies apply. If a transfer is made more than once, a processing charge equal to 10% of the fee for the program for which the individual is currently registered will be billed at the time of the transfer and is due upon receipt of the invoice. Should an individual cancel after making a transfer, a cancellation fee of an additional 15% of the current program fee will be charged. The charge will be invoiced immediately upon cancellation and is due upon receipt.

Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). There is no penalty for cancellations received in writing more than 30 days prior to the first day of the program. Cancellations received within 30 days of a program start date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The charge will be invoiced immediately upon cancellation and is due upon receipt. If the participant has paid for a program that he/she cancels within 30 days of the start date, the Center will refund 75% of the fee immediately upon cancellation.

No-Shows: If an individual has registered and has not cancelled prior to the start date, we have reserved space in the course and in the hotel and course materials have been prepared. The registrant who has paid but does not come foregoes any refund. The registrant who has not paid is liable for the entire cost of the course. He or she will receive another statement for the program and full payment is due upon receipt.

Course Cancellations: In the highly unlikely event that the Center finds it necessary to cancel a program, a full refund will be issued, or a registration to the next available program date can be made, whichever the registrant prefers. The Center is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses.
