Welcome to the web site of the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee. We are pleased that you have chosen to learn about us and to communicate with us.
We are a college of approximately 4,200 undergraduate majors, 1,500 undergraduate minors and 500 graduate students. Our faculty of approximately 120 offers a full range of undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. programs, some of which typically are not offered in a business school. We are proud of our strong historical tradition and are constantly looking to the future to expand and improve what we do.
Among the important initiatives currently in process are a new, state-of-the-art, business building complex to open in spring/summer of 2008; a major emphasis on diversity; and the globalization of virtually all aspects of our operations. We have added a new undergraduate honors program, the Global Business Scholars program, that will formally begin in the fall of 2007. Another new initiative is in the area of entrepreneurship with addition of both undergraduate and MBA concentrations.
