News from the High Dimensional Data Mining Conference which UT was the lead institution hosted and chaired by Professor Hamparsum Bozdogan during June 19-23, 2008 at Hilton Kayseri, Turkey.

Hamparsum Bozdogan gave an invited lecture to the Department of Statistics at the Business College at Istanbul University in Istanbul, Turkey during June 16, 2008. His talk is entitled: “Robust and Misspecification Resistant Model Selection in Regression Models with ICOMP and Genetic Algorithms.”
