Alice Ridgway West has lived the accounting life that she is teaching. She was a computer programmer for Tennessee Valley Authority, an internal auditor for UT, a controller for a medical practice, and helped a convenience store chain through reorganization. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and Master of Accountancy degree from UT. Her research interests include designing effective, electronically enhanced learning environments.
