Sarah Clinton

Sarah Clinton joined UT’s Department of Accounting and Information Management after receiving her Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Georgia. She received her B.B.A. and M.S. in accounting from Texas A &M University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000. Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., Clinton worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in both the Dallas, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, offices. Her research interests include examining what information firms choose to voluntarily disclose and what leads firms to make their disclosure decisions. Clinton is teaching financial accounting to both undergraduate and graduate students.
