More students than ever took and passed sections of the CPA exam this past year.  Recent changes to Tennessee state laws allowed Tennessee-bound MAcc students to begin taking the CPA exam 200 days prior to graduation.  With the encouragement of both the faculty and the profession, the majority of our 2009 MAcc class graduated with multiple sections of the exam successfully accomplished. Nearly 70% of the graduating class took and passed at least one part of the CPA exam prior to graduation. Over half the class passed at least two sections and nearly 20% passed all four sections.
