This year’s MAcc class looks to be a great one.  This year’s class has 80 students of which 57% are women.  The bulk of the students enter the MAcc directly from the UT undergraduate program but new arrivals also hail from UT Chattanooga, UT Martin, Miami of Ohio, UT-Chattanooga, Auburn University, Belmont University, Carson-Newman, East Tennessee State University, Manchester College, Middle Tennessee State University, Pikeville College, University of Alabama, and Rockhurst University.

Students began the year with an intensive, week long orientation including a high-ropes team building activity and a number of other group activities.  Orientation ended Friday with a relaxing riverboat cruise with classes beginning on Monday.
