Professional Achievement Requirements:
- We recommend 7 years work experience with steadily increasing management responsibility.
- We look for a record of significant professional achievements with increasing scope of responsibilities.
- The applicant should be in (or tracking toward) a general management position with an understanding of the critical issues facing organizations and industries.
- All participants must have the ability to interact as a peer with other experienced managers in terms of maturity, problem-solving ability and overall business experience.
- Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and the Internet is assumed.
Academic Achievement Requirements:
- A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A strong undergraduate grade point average.
- No business prerequisites required.
- Graduate Management and Admissions Test (GMAT).
- The GMAT is required for admission ONLY in cases where an applicant does not meet one or more of the pirmary entrance requirements. (GPA or Work Experience).

- International students: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 550 or higher (213 on the new scale).
