Brian is a fourth year doctoral student with research interest in auditing and corporate governance. He currently serves as a research assistant to Drs. Carcello and Neal and has taught introductory accounting as well as a capstone course in business. His dissertation will examine the retention of independent audit committee members following reporting failures. Brian received a B.S. (1993) and a M.S. (1995) in agriculture economics from the University of Tennessee.
