Bruce Fisher, Professor of Business Law, received his BBA and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. He has an LLM from George Washington University. He has passed the Michigan and Tennessee bar exams and practiced in Washington, D.C. in the General Counsel's Office of the U.S. EPA. He has written three books for West Pub. Co, has over 60 articles appearing in Rutgers Law Review, University of Cincinnati Law Review, Seton Hall Law Review., Admin. L.Rev., J. of Business Ethics, The Wall St Journal, Northern Illinois University Law Review, Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, business and bar journals.
