Robert M. Fuller, Ph. D., joined the faculty in 2006. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Indiana University, an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University and a BSBA in finance from Tennessee Technological University. His research interests include the design and implementation of collaborative technologies for virtual team performance, individual participation and use of communication technologies, and the improvement of requirements elicitation through semi-structured communication techniques. Dr. Fuller’s research has been published or is forthcoming in Information Systems Research, Decision Support Systems, the Journal of the Association for Information Systems and the Journal of Computer Information Systems.  He has presented his work at numerous academic conferences.  Dr. Fuller currently teaches database design and administration and business process analysis in the undergraduate program.  Prior to entering academia, Dr. Fuller worked in Nashville as a Midrange Server Specialist for IBM.
